7 km run and 10 surya namaskar for the day. It was a good paced run.
7 km run
A good beginning. After sleeping very late yesterday night. I did a 6km run and 1km swim. I didn’t think that I can do a 1km swim after the 6km run. It was tough. The plan was to wrap up the run before 7am and go for 7am swimming batch. But I was late for 7 am batch. I went for the 8 am batch. There was less crowd in swimming pool. I enjoyed swimming. I wish to run 10km and swim for 1km. Hope to do that soon.

I was lazy to get up early else I would have gone for the 7am batch of swimming. Went for the 8am batch.
It was a good swim. I thought I will do 1km but ended up doing 920m. There was a good amount of crowd in the pool. There were few people who were swimming continuously. Even I do continuous swim. I didnt use the auto lap feature instead I use the drill log mode. Auto lap always shows more distance. Drill log feature turned out to be a good feature for me. Atleast I can track distance accurately as I keep a count of the laps. Rest other metrics cannot be seen.
I will be planning to walk today evening. Hope I turn up home early after work.
After a few days break I thought to give my legs some work. Walking is always good. It just reminds us to just keep moving even it is slow.

Never underestimate any activity. 4km run followed by 500 m swim. Sometimes its good to walk. Instead I would say we should make it a habit to walk everyday with the other high intensity activity like running or gymming.

It was a good start to the day. Did a 5km run and 600m swim. I went to run in Mahalakshmi layout. The route was tough. The upward stretch was a killer. Swimming was slighly more tiring. For a change I attempted swimming without he drill log, surprisingly garmin showed accurate results. Happy for the attempt.
Finished the workout with 10 surya namaskar and 2 minute kapalbhati.
It was a good run in good pace. Ajit and me decided to go to cubbon but went to sankey as we were late in getting up.

What a feeling. I just finished my first ever 50 km cycle. I cycled from Mahalakshmi layout to Decathlon in Airport road. I met Chohan there. He was going fast and strong. We took a small break. After approximately every 13 km I took a water drinking break. Unfortunately my garmin stopped at decathlon. I had to record the return activity seperately.
It was a good feeling. I am tired now.
