Walked for 10km but it was mixed with sprint, run and walk. That is the reason I was able to finish my run fast. I have started to like Dasarahalli Lake. May be it is away from traffic and its a flat route.

After last night walk I was slightly tired. Didn’t push hard. During the walk I sprinted few times for 100 meters. This kind of workouts will surely be beneficial in my Weight loss journey.
