I was determined to do a 10 km run. I successfully did that. I even walked for 4 km. I started running from Sankey tank and ran till Cubbon Park. And walked back from there.
During the run at 8 km distance I was quite tired. At that moment a dog tried to pounce of me. It was an alsation dog. I got angry on the dog and yelled at the owner who were holding the leash.
While coming back from Sankey in my bike I banged on a taxi. My bike got bent in handle. I got few bruises in my hand and leg. I hope no injuries crop up the next day.
10 km run 4 km walk
Just a 3 km run. Was quite lazy to run. I saw pigeons in Sankey tank. Quite refreshing
Ran a decent 6 km run after 3 days gap. I was thinking to do 10 km but couldn’t push myself. Even did exercise post run. Weather was nice today.
Today I decided to walk. Yesterday dinner was heavy . So I decided to walk. The weather was quite pleasant.
6 km walk
Start of the run was quite slow. Later on picked up slight better pace. I ran a nice 5 km today. Hoping to improve my fitness and stamina in coming runs.
After a long time I ran. Day before yesterday I ran for 2 km and I was not able to hold on my breath for long time. Today I did a slow 4 km run. I found that my weight is 100 Kgs. The scale is on a high side. I want to some how reduce it. The only way to do it would be to do exercise and eat properly. During the run I met Usha a runner friend.
I want to run more and run fast.
Small dream of running a minimum of 10 km everyday for at least 30 days is cropping in my mind every now and then.
One thing is for sure running helps in maintaining a positive attitude towards everything.
Today I walked for 5 km. I did a decent walking after a week of break.

After a long time I walked for 5 km. It was the need of the hour. I walked in the evening. Post walking i had Lychee . It was yummy. For a change I didn’t had dinner but preferred fruits. Quite refreshing to have fruits instead of normal food.
