Walked for 3 Km today. Today I , Vikas and Chohan have decided to walk or run for 2 km everyday from 3rd January 2020 to 31st January 2020. It is a small challenge which we thought will keep us moving in the right direction of weight loss
Today I decided I will walk on the path of losing weight. Today my weight is 97.6 Kg. in 2019 my weight was 100 kg. Hope to do justice to my training.

Today I went for a 10 km run in Lalbagh. I felt nice.
I went to Lalbagh with the intent to run 10 km.
The pace was not the best but was satisfied to run the distance.
