Ran for 2 Km and walked for 5 Km. It was my fastest 1 mile in recent times.
Walked for 5 Km inside Dasarahalli Lake park.
Walked for a long distance. Walked for 12 Km. It was good to walk more than 10 Km in a day .

Valentine Day walk. Walked for 5 Km inside my apartment . Climbed for 17 Floors. I walked in evening.
Today I walked from my workplace to home. It was around 5 Km. Pollution was more.
Couple of days my friend Akhilesh suggested to go for a hike . The place decided was Siddara Betta. It was 100 Km from Bangalore. I thoroughly enjoy the hike and I was not feeling any pain while climbing and it didn’t feel difficult either. May be its because of regular climbing of stairs.
Enjoyed the trip.
Walked for 10 Km. Took a route which is familiar. I didn’t do run walk this time. Listened to Rajnikanth Songs in Gaana app.
I was having a plan to run for at least 5 Km but stretched to 11 Km. There is a slight pain in left knee. Today there was a slight reduction of weight. After 6 days the weight slightly reduced. I want to reach 90 Kg before end of this month.
